My name is Moe, and I love beef jerky. I mean, I REALLY love it. I tried every brand, every flavor, chasing that perfect bite. But nothing was ever good enough - too salty, too sweet, or just fake tasting.
One Night, I Had a Vision
I woke up thinking about it and decided right then - I'm making my own. So I got to work. Batch after batch, experimenting, tasting, adjusting recipes. I was completely obsessed with getting it perfect.

Then I nailed it. That first perfect bite - I knew I had something special. When my buddy Mack said "Dude, you're a straight-up beef maniac," I knew I had my name.
